Richard's apprenticeship in 1996 propelled him into the world of Real Estate Appraisal, and he hasn't looked back since. With over two decades of experience, Richard has spent time working for some of the largest lending institutions as both a staff appraiser and certified supervisory appraiser. In 2000, he opened his own company, specializing in multi-million dollar and highly complex properties as well as a wide variety of valuations for different types of Real Estate. Richard's success in the industry is a result of his extensive experience and the mentorship he received from some of the brightest minds in the field. This has furthered Richard's understanding of the importance to mentor new appraisers entering the industry.

Since 1991, Adam has gained extensive experience with a broad range of property types, managing projects for lending support, bankruptcy, valuation disputes, restructuring, financial accounting, and investment decision-making. Proficient in DCF (Excel) and Argus methodologies, his expertise is well-recognized.
He has served as an expert witness in the Circuit Court of Cook and Lake Counties, Illinois, multiple jurisdictions in the United States Bankruptcy Court, and property tax appeal boards in several states. His reports range from market rent studies and appraisal reviews to restricted and full appraisal reports.
In 2022, Adam founded True Wind Advisory, Inc., focusing on residential and commercial valuations. Specializing in hospitality, he has valued nationally flagged hotels, boutique hotels, and hotel/water park properties, providing market analysis for distressed and stabilized assets.
